Morning vs. Evening Workouts: What I’ve Learned

I used to be all about morning workouts — get it done early, start the day with energy, right? And while that had its perks, I noticed something…
Those fast, strenuous mornings left me drained by the afternoon. After a full 8–5 workday, I often felt like I was running on fumes.

Recently, I switched to evening workouts, and it’s been such a game-changer.
Now, my mornings are slower and softer — I wake up gently, sip my tea, take a few moments to be with my thoughts, and think about what I’m grateful for. I can feel my nervous system thanking me. ✨

Some people say working out in the evening affects their sleep, but for me, it doesn’t. I make sure to have a light, protein-packed dinner, my calming herbal tea, and a warm shower before bed — and I sleep beautifully.

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to the “best” workout time. It’s about listening to your body and finding what rhythm truly supports your lifestyle.
